Week 0: Before stopping topical steroids

Lifestyle changes/"sacrifices"

Things that required a lot of conscious effort to change and/or maintain:

- Donated my long hair

- Declared to have 2 months of no work/social obligations

- Stayed indoors for the first 34 days

- Exercised everyday

- Woke up early (aka before noon)

- Didn't stay up late (I'm usually a night owl)

- Only showered on Tuesdays and Saturdays

- Eating oatmeal

- Stopped using lip balm (THE STRUGGLE WAS REAL)

- Not being a workaholic

- Having to ~relax~

Things that didn't bother me too much to change and/or maintain:

- Not using lotion on body

- Wearing loose clothing

- Using lightweight blankets

- Not socializing IRL was actually pretty nice *laughcryemoji*

- Got used to drinking only 10ml of water at a time

- Not being in the sun

- Eating healthy

Typical Diet

On average, I drank 10ml of water every hour between meals. No water after dinner.

This is the spreadsheet I created to help manage my water intake: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EskJuad5a61jnNcTVMT4--vSG276utwWr6PEcmy3TCo/edit?usp=sharing

Typical Exercise

- 15 minute stretch. 45 minutes jumping on trampoline.

Notes

- Click on (most) photo images to get a fullscreen picture.

- Any numbers in this notation "96/70" indicate my blood pressure measurement.

- Sometimes I would measure my blood pressure a few times to get an average reading.

- The videos go up to 1080p if watching on a desktop computer, but only goes up to 480p on Youtube's mobile app.

- The videos have auto-captions. At the time of publication (Nov 2019), I haven't had the time to go through and correct the auto-captions. I will work through editing the captions when I have more time in the future. #eggsintheissues
